Offboarding
Closing out a creator engagement by confirming final files, rights transfer, payment, and removal of asset access.
What it means in practice
Offboarding verifies that all accepted assets, source files, documentation, invoices, and contractual obligations are complete. It also closes temporary accounts, records rights and expiration dates, and archives key campaign information.
Why it matters
A formal closeout reduces payment disputes, security exposure, and uncertainty about future content use.
How it is used
The campaign manager confirms final acceptance, schedules payment, records license terms, and removes the creator's temporary workspace access.
