Licensing
Non-Exclusive License
A permission that lets the brand use content while the creator retains the right to license it to others.
What it means in practice
The brand receives the specified usage permissions without becoming the sole authorized user. The creator may reuse or license the same material subject to any separate confidentiality, endorsement, or category restrictions.
Why it matters
The brand must assess whether use of the same asset by another party could create confusion or reduce campaign distinctiveness.
How it is used
A creator grants several retailers permission to repost the same product demonstration on their owned channels.
