UGC fundamentals
Deliverable
A specific piece of contracted output, such as one vertical video plus three photos, that a creator must submit.
What it means in practice
A deliverable is defined by format, quantity, length, specifications, content requirements, and submission deadline. Contracts may also distinguish final edits, raw footage, alternate hooks, captions, thumbnails, and revision rounds as separate outputs.
Why it matters
Precise deliverable terms reduce disputes about what the creator must provide and what the agreed fee covers.
How it is used
Project managers track each deliverable through briefing, production, review, revision, approval, and file handoff.
