A charge applied when converting payment from the brand's currency into the creator's local currency.
What it means in practice
The total conversion cost may include a stated service fee and a margin embedded in the exchange rate. The contract or payment platform determines the conversion date, applied rate, settlement currency, and party bearing the charge.
